PRIDE Program
PRIDE is a supported employment program based at Rochester School for the Deaf.
If you are deaf or hard of hearing and need help with competitive employment, we are here for you. Our goal is to support individuals with finding and keeping a job in the competitive work place. To do this, we provide:

Individualized Job Development support.

Connections with different employers and resources.

Advocacy related to succeeding at competitive employment.
